To become a Nurturing Children with Heart Gala Donor please print and complete the Donation Form information. You may then bring your donation item and form to the St Joseph School office. Please make sure that you have the Donation Form attached securely to your item. You may also specify pick-up of your donated item and we will be more than happy to make the necessary arrangements.
